Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders. Every order ships with a tracking number.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Delivery times (estimated, after dispatch)
- Romania and European Union: 7–15 business days
- United States: 6–14 business days
- Canada and Australia: 7–15 business days
Products are shipped from our partner warehouses, mainly in China. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons or because of customs checks.
Import VAT and customs duties
Our products ship directly from our partner warehouses outside the European Union. Prices shown in our store do not include import VAT or customs duties.
- European Union (including Romania): import VAT of the destination country (and, from 1 July 2026, an EU customs duty of about EUR 3 per item) may be collected by the carrier or customs office on delivery, usually together with a small handling fee. These charges are paid by the customer.
- Other countries: import duties and taxes may also apply according to local rules and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel is returned, we will refund the price of the products, minus any return shipping or customs costs charged to us.
Countries we ship to
We currently ship to Romania, the European Union, the United States, Canada and Australia. We do not ship to the United Kingdom at this time.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us at truwin.hd@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes are possible only before the order is shipped.
