Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Customers outside the EU benefit from the same 14-day return period.

How to return an item

Email us at truwin.hd@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us, unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs

The cost of returning an item is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full amount paid, using the original payment method, within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or proof that it has been sent back.

Defective, damaged or wrong items

If you received a defective, damaged or wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the product. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you will not need to pay any return costs.
